KEEP GOING you big dummy. This weird pink swan creature just wants the best for you.

8"x10", 11"x14", or 16”x20” print. The smaller two sizes are printed by me on heavyweight matte paper using archival pigment-based inks. The larger size is too big for my fine art printer, so I outsource them, but they’re the same archival quality. All this means that these are high quality prints that will last for 100 years or so without beginning to fade. Because that's vital with super important art like this.

Description:

Drawing of a bright pink swan surrounded by a burst of flowers with text that reads “don’t you dare give up now you miserable sack of potatoes,” illustration by Heather Buchanan in shades of pink and green. Contemporary art illustration.

(This is just some SEO nonsense, so google can maybe find me with keywords about flowers and swans and such. If you’re still reading, hi, I don’t know why I’m still typing, maybe you don’t know why you’re still reading, we’re just two people out here having a moment of connection on the wild wilderness of the internet.

Just because we’re both here, here’s a story for you about another moment of human connection:

In the 1920s, Louis Armstrong walked down the street and heard a group of buskers playing one of his songs. He stopped and told them they were playing too slow, and they were like “oh dang”. He passed the same group again months (years?) later, and they were playing at a much faster tempo with a sign that read “pupils of Louis Armstrong.”

Anyway, have a nice day! I better get back to listing artwork normally without digressing like this.)
