It’s going to take more than that to impress the Michelin Man, the weird white puffy creature who hands out Michelin Stars.

Why does the culinary world’s highest honour come from this strange bipedal puffer being? Well technically it has something to do with Michelin—in the early 20th century when cars were shiny and new—wanting to sell more tires by creating a guide that encouraged people to drive around notable spots like exceptional restaurants, wearing out their tires so they’d have to buy more. But in my imagination it’s because only the monstrous inflatable tire man has a palate so pure that he can actually taste whether there’s been a bay leaf in the broth or not.

8"x10" or 11"x14" print on heavyweight matte paper using archival pigment-based inks. Which basically means that it's a high quality print that'll last for 100 years or so without fading. Because that's important with high quality art like this.
